Asian Student Fashion Week (ASFW)

By accessing this website and registering for any ASFW program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
Asian Student Fashion Week is an academic and creative fashion event intended for students and emerging creatives. ASFW reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Participant Responsibilities
Participants (models, designers, brands, collaborators) must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Comply with event schedules, rules, and instructions
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the event
Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the program.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, works, and creative outputs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. However, ASFW is granted the right to document and publish such works for event-related purposes.
4. Media & Promotion Rights
Participants grant ASFW the non-exclusive right to use photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without additional compensation.
5. Event Changes & Cancellation
ASFW reserves the right to:
- Modify schedules, venues, or program details
- Postpone or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
Participants will be informed of significant changes through official communication channels.
6. Liability
ASFW is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Injuries or incidents occurring outside official event activities
Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal property.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
